Hand Therapy

Our dedicated team of ten therapists are trained and certified in physiotherapy or occupational therapy.  They work closely with our physicians to maximize patient rehabilitation.  Therapists see and assess patients, formulate a plan for therapy, design and fabricate custom splints and braces, and work with our patients on a one-to-one basis.

The therapists also perform functional assessments and together with our social worker, run a support group for patients who have sustained significant trauma to a hand.

"To provide exemplary care for patients with all conditions, diseases and trauma affecting the hands. To foster excellence in education and research pertaining to conditions of the hand."
